50 Healthy Habits Every Girl Should Have

I found this the other day, and I thought it was great - definitely less generic than the usual "How to be Healthy" lists. My cowboy and I are working really hard at creating a clean, healthy lifestyle and I know we have both already noticed the differences in how we feel when we are eating clean, working out regularly, drinking lots of water and sleeping well. The regular weight loss has just been an added bonus :)
